When I purchased the car I paid upfront for four services. Each time there has been no valeting service available which I'm aware is part of my service front footwells and a wash . This is disappointing .

If the car had been cleaned it would have been 5 star, but it actually was dirtier than when it went in. The steering wheel had some grime on it that I had to remove when I got home. Mechanic couldn't have been wearing gloves. Other than that, brill.

It took far too long to complete the basic service you did and, unlike on every other previous occasion, no complimentary valet was done - which should have SAVED time. Perhaps a new policy but a backward step.

I left my car with them for an assessment. I was happy to pay the £182. They went straight for an option of just under £4k. I have asked and been promised on 3 occasions for the video of the diagnostic assessment but it has not come through.

I turned up for my appointment for EGR recall, reception had no appointment recorded for me despite me having a confirmed appointment by email. Had to reschedule appointment for 8 weeks later and wasted 2hr round trip and fuel costs.

I'm not keen that the WiFi service in the dealership is only available if I agree to my use of the system is sold on to third parties. I always use a VPN and a Virus checker and I cannot log onto the internet via the dealerships WiFi with my VPN.
