Alan Stewart at Arnold Clark BMW in Inverness in stark contrast to a number of BMW and other brand sales people that I spoke to around the UK, new his product and made sales process straightforward.

During the process I was constantly updated by Ross on the delivery date, when it arrived, the process that followed and when it would be ready to collect. I was even given a beer when I collected the car.

It wasn't a service,I phoned about a car and guy took my details,phone number and email address and said he work out figures,still waiting a reply and that was over 2 and a half weeks ago,absolutely terrible service,I ended up buying a car elsewhere

My car was a recall this was carried out in a professional way. Notified when my car was in the work shop and the work began. Car was washed & hoovered first class.

Really good service. They arranged a taxi for me back to my accommodtion after I dropped my car off and also delivered my car back to me the next day. This was really helpful as I wasn't from Inverness so wasn't overly keen driving about.

Unfortunately the service did not get carried out, I was advised that it wasn't due a service. The service indicator showed 1800miles. Very disappointing. I now have to book another slot in about 2 weeks, taking up my time and more inconvenience
